Account in-active

How do i re-activate my account?


I cannot receive or make calls. My balance is R0.  I havent topped up the  account. I havent used the account from when i opened it. Its been dormant for a while. 


calls just end when dailng my freshphone number from another service provider. 


when i dail out from my freshphone number, voice message says account is inactive.
