I have enough credit but the message says I don't

As from this afternoon, I started getting a message saying I don't have enough credit to make a call. However, I've checked the site and I have over R300 credit. I even topped up and this did not make a difference. I therefore can't make outgoing calls. It has been working until just after 12pm today.

Thank you for raising the issue.

I have checked up on the Account and I do notice that there are active calls being made. You account Credit amount is above R300 at the moment. It must have been a glitch which has caused this issue with allocating the payment.


The issue is resolved as we speak.
