My application to port my telkom number rejected based on wrong information

I filed an application to port my telkom no (reference number in the submission: FP-PORT-001927). You have rejected the application, stating "Please note that you cannot port a cancelled line/number, please reinstate your number/line in order for porting to take place." However, please note that my telkom number is active, it is not cancelled. I attach a recent statement as proof.
