Service Status: Expired

My phone line was ported to Freshphone a long time ago and worked well for a very long time. Recently my line went dead and upon logging in to my account I get the message "Service Status: Expired". The renewal button doesn't solve the problem.

My account name has also suddenly been changed to "The Apprentice Valley" - I am not that. What is happening here?
