SIP Configuration Error

Am failing to login on the freshphone webphone, when i try to register to make nor receive calls it just keeps on failing even if i try Auto Register it still doesn't connect, once back i linked my 0870953481 landline to my FIP10 Ip Phone and also bought a new 015 number linked to that 087 Account , but when i make calls by default its on 0870953481 and have no option to switch to 0158800899, the connected SIP Phone doesnt take calls unless if i use the webphone or a client is calling via 0870953481 but when they call 0158800899 it doesnt go through unless f am connected to the webphone
