Good Morning. Could you kindly assist. I signed up with Freshphone some time ago. And yesterday I configure the zoiper app and the gigaset cordless. Both give me the same error when dialing out.
This is the voice error i get when trying to dial out. Both on the Gigaset and Zoiper app
"Im sorry I cannot complete your call, your account is not active".
And I cannot receive calls either. Could you please assist me?
