Being part of a neighborhood watch, we have an emergency number which is manually forwarded to someone who is on day control at 6am, and forwarded to someone else who is on night control at 6pm.
I know it's possible to port a mobile number to Fresh Phone, but is there functionality to forward calls to different numbers based on pre-loaded/pre-programmed schedule?
Something like an on-call scheduler. Whoever is on call, should get the call if the emergency number is called. If the first person does not answer, it should fwd to the next number.
Thank you for your post, unfortunately a scheduler based forward is not available on the Freshphone platform.
This would need to be done manually.
