What is the difference between posting a new topic and clicking a new support ticket?
I opened 2 tickets and got an auto-response that tickets (presumably) can only relate to Billing and otherwise are automatically closed.
I didn't find what I wanted (prices) and my other query is not really suitable for public viewing since it contains private information.
Some guidance, please.
