No longer receiving "Calling credit running low" alert email

Hi, I used to get an email alerting me when my calling credit is running low (based on the Alert Amount I set up). I am no longer receiving these useful alert emails, for the past 3 months at least. I haven't changed any settings in the meantime. What shall I do?

Hi Alex.


Kindly be advised that our system checks your balances once a day at 9am. If your balance is higher than the threshold, at the time the system checks, you will not be notified.


If your balance is below the threshold at the time the system check you will be notified via email.
