Can I setup multiple users with single inbound number?
Ie. Sales team of 5 and they each have a SIP account for outbound and rings for all of them on inbound?

The Freshphone platform has a limit of 5 accounts however, when it comes to the inbound calls for all registrations/accounts, I would recommend to make use of a PBX account instead as this will have the required features you are looking for.
