Ported Telkom number not ringing

My port happened over 11 days ago and appears as a DID but it still does not ring. My original freshphone DID does ring. I have restarted my ATA but that hasn't helped.

Any advice? If this is a routing issue, how do I escalate this to the porting authorities?
