Porting enquiry


I have already cancelled with Telkom and now consider porting my landline number to you. Telkom will cancel my line on 30.11 I have been notified. So can I go ahead and order the porting service from you then. Can you also confirm- no monthly fees,  I can use my cell with Zoiper to receive AND make calls ? Receiving calls is for free ?

Hi Susanne

Kindly be advised that you cannot port a cancelled number. Please cancel the cancellation. 

Please note that any services on the number will automatically be cancelled once the number ports, any other services on your account will need to be cancelled by yourself.

Freshphone does not charge client any monthly fees.

You may use the Zoiper app to make and receive calls.

Receiving calls are free.
