I have setup FreshPhone on my IP phone at the office. Sometimes it works and other times it cannot connect. Our IT guys say that the firewall is not blocking.
I have checked using the app on my phone and I also can't connect using WiFi but if I switch off the WiFi and use 3G/LTE it works.
We connect via a wireless internet connection.

Thanks, I got your reply. At the moment I can ping sip1.freshphone.co.za but the phones are currently working. I will try again when they stop working.
