Intermittent unable to make outgoing calls

Hello - ever since I started using  Freshphone about 5 months ago I have problems dialling out. Every 3rd call or so is answered by a voice saying "sorry, I am unable to complete this call as the number is invalid". Even if I successfully dialled that number previously. It is random, all types of numbers, cell or landline.

What could the problem be? My handset is a Gigaset A540IP and my router a Tenda on a 10mps fibre line.

Hi there 

Please ensure that the base stations firmware if up to date this can be found on the gigaset's website and also ensure that the handsets firmware is also .

Please also ensure that SIP ALG is disabled on the internet routers firewall settings as this disrupts SIP packets on the network.
