so i see the ip it shows in the tms panel is 167.99.48.91 no wonder nothing wants to work almost 400ms latency to that ip i stay in SA why route me to that ip shouldnt i go to 41.221.5.251 or something closer
Hi Rudi
That is the IP address of the push notification server that wakes up your app when a call is received allowing you to not need it to be running the whole time. It is not where you register to or where the calls are sent and received from. That IP would be the 41.221.5.251.
The latency you see is literally the latency to the push server. not our servers.

Hi i am new to the service i have done setup everything and rica is completed but i still can't use the service. On the tms portal i can't register and the app does the same. Any help please
