Cannot receive calls

I have a Kingtel F3, it was working fine. Then the default DHCP IP range on the router was changed to cater for some fixed IP devices on the local network and the phone rebooted OK with a new IP.
Now I can make outgoing calls but cannot receive calls on the 087 number or on the ported 011 number.

Also the dashboard shows the device is offline.

Any ideas.

The phone seemed to sort itself out overnight.
Incoming calls are now coming through and the dashboard shows online.

I plugged in my Yealink W53p mid level dect IP Phone and can not make or receive calls

I have replied to your ticket to inform you that you actually need to set the account up on the phone and not just plug it in
