When I login in to my Freshphone account on my computer it says status offline
How do I change it to say on line as my phone is not working
Hi, my line says offline, phone not working, please assist
The phone will need the SIP Credentials that you retrieve from your TMS and then it will register. I just tested your account on my phone and it is working.
I have noticed that your device status is currently reflecting online.
Please advise if you are still experiencing issues with your device.
It is showing online on my side
