Hi I am trying to register Yealink T22P with no success... any advice?
Please confirm that you are registering the device as mentioned below.
Registration Server / Server Host = sip1.freshphone.co.za
Registration Server Port / Server Host Port = Port 5060
Register Name = your account number starting with 27 – check your dashboard to confirm
User Name / Authentication Name= your account number starting with 27- check your dashboard to confirm
Audio codec =G729 backup codecs are iLBC and/or GSM
Time Server / NTP Servers = ntp1.freshphone.co.za
Network should be set to DHCP (This is the default)
I can see that your FreshPhone account is now active.
