Registration question

First time setup today. I was able to register and make calls. Then, after attempting to register another device, I am unable to register either that device or gain access to the dial pad on the freshphone dashboard. Can an account be locked out? I'm able to ping the server.

Hi Paul,

Please note that you may only have one device registered with your account.

You would have to disable a device and then re-register the other.
