Cant get number to register at all either on Freshphone or with device


I cannot get my new number to rigister at all. Even if I try using the Register option on the Freshphone TMS system it just times out. So there must be something wrong on you side I would assume. How can I send you the number to investigate.  The same occurs with IP phone just wont register at all. We have another device on the same network same device it works fine.
