My Freshphone has been down since yesterday, when going onto the support portal you forced to sign a notice that any technical support ticket will be deleted.
Does this mean that freshphone are not interested in supporting their clients with any problem.
My account is in credit and should not be down.
We were down on Saturday evening. One of our databases got corrupted. Anyone still struggling to register need to send us a mail to email@example.com and we will assist on a case by case basis
