My Freshphone has been down since 17h00
Still no freshphone service
Sip server now up for me, but still can't access TMS
Had the same issue yesterday and now today again. SIP registration still failing for me and two clients of mine that have freshphone accounts. I am able to access TMS though :/

Same here, at fist my device became unregistered, then on Saturday evening it registered again, and now its just dead. Not even a dialing tone. And I've made no setting changes since the device registered correctly. In my case an HT802 ATA.
Serive still down at 17:59pm RSA time

Strange that the TMS says network is fully functional though.
Still no Service - device is registered, but not even a dialing tone.
8.50am Monday 18 Nov 2019.
Still down this side. It was said that there was work being done on the database. If this is the root cause then can we possibly get a time for resolution? 3 days with downed phones is making for pretty shoddy Monday :/
