Not able to receive calls


Hi There,

Recently ported 011 883 0608 from Telkom.
Under DID Manager I can see that it has been ported (see attached).
However when people try to call it does not ring my side.
My VOIP phone is set up correctly and receives and makes calls on my FreshPhone number 087 095 5406.  FreshPhone indicates that I am "Offline" but calls to my FreshPhone number are successsful..
