I have 087 number from Fresh Phone. I was initially using Neotel that was discontinued. I want to activate 087 number, what the process is and is it possible to use Neotel phone?

You need to get a VoIP phone. Yealink is a good option. There are step by steps on how to install a Yealink phone on our Forum
