Your voice Register Status says Disabled, this might be the issue.
Please also check under your security settings and ensure that SIP ALG is disabled.
You could also be having a DNS issue, try using the IP instead of sip1.freshphone.co.za ( 41.221.5.251)
You also should not need to put the Proxy server there
