Adding additional phone to Yealink Base W60B/Second Account

I have extracted the IP address for my base station,typed in on Chrome browser,the login for the Base station appears to which I have entered admin for both the username and password.The following error message appears namely Username or Password 

incorrect.  Unable to proceed to the Status Tab.

Please help.

Hi Brian,

Unfortunately we can not assist with your hardware, please check the manual for how to factory reset the base, this should be as simple as unplugging it, holding the page button on the base while plugging it in again, hold for a few seconds until the light starts flashing.
