The error that comes up is:
Unable to load section, try to reload the TMS Tab by clicking on its header.
Unable to proceed to the login page, no hears available to click on. Issue persists across Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer & Edge.
The ssl certificate has been updated and your issue should be resolved
Thanks for this information, Its strange that our site is being blocked, there is nothing malicious about it.
Update: if anyone experiences the same issue, this was related to the virus protection (Kaspersky in my case) that was blocking the execution. Disabling virus protection allows the login page to be displayed.
