Unable to load port page

When I go to DID manager and click to port my geographical number I am getting an error, I have logged off and on again and still the same.

Hi Michael,

The porting page is in freeze at the moment, its an automatic thing, the porting freeze period was the 5th last year, this year they made it the 6th, should you wish to port your number this year still, I will ask you to please create a porting ticket where our porting can can manually process this for you.
