I foolishly thought the app was for administering my account but found out too late that it is for using my cellphone to make calls. I reset the app and uninstalled it but now it seems my cell number is still registered with my account. I do not know how to revert to the previous configuration with my ported landline number as the registered number.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brian,
I see you still have the divert enabled on the freshphone TMS. Please deactivate the divert and test.
