Cannot receive calls

I have setup a Zoiper SIP app on android. FreshPHONE acct setup and seems to be okay. However, I cannot dial my network number using a Telkom phone or any cell phone. It either just gives empty air or tells me the number is not available. I can make outgoing calls using zoiper.

My apologies, it seems our provider did not route that number range correctly, I have tested now and all is working again, please confirm?
