Why does my ported number not reflect on my dashboard after receiving notification that it was done by yourself and Telkom. Will my Sip setting etc change after it reflects??
Your ported number reflects under "DID Manager" once you log in to your FreshPhone account, you can then choose to have either the new ported number or the 087 number display as your outgoing caller ID.
Your SIP settings will remain as is.
Remember the 087 xxx xxxx number is also your account number, and will never change or fall away.
