I have set up voicemail before but the service has disappeared
I have tried setting it up again using the *85 functionality but every time I press Option 3 to select the Advanced Option the system does not allow me access to it in order to record
I am not sure how to set the timeout for voicemail. Any help would be very much appreciated.

On the right hand side of the page when you are logged into the portal, you will see a ring timeout dropdown box. This is where you set the timeout to voicemail
I hope you are well. There is no such feature that the Fresh phone system offers for you to do that. You can either dial *85 on your Fresh phone device to retrieve voicemails or you can input your email address in the "Voicemail to Email" field to enable the notification feature. Please see screenshot below.
