Unable to phone if contact number is stored op phone +27

Morning  

I recently setup my Freshphone account.  I then notice that i cant phone any contact on my phone if the details of the contact is saved in format of +27823348226  of +44. or +27219142332.

Only when I edit the contact number to 0823348226 or 0219142332  I can phone the person.   

Is there a way of phoning people with +2782.  I cant sit and edit every contact on my phone. Then Whatsapp will not work if I do so.

Simple fix our side... give it a try again, should be working now.

Hi Coenraad, I just tested it on my side and it worked fine for me. I had a look at the outbound CDR's and I don't see any attempts to +27, are you perhaps using another account? 

I am encountering this problem again. If I dial with +27 it says "I'm sorry, I cannot complete your call. The number you have dialed is invalid."
