The next step would be to port in your existing number OR order a new geographical number if you wish.
You have done the majority of the setup, well done, as your account is already setup and ready to make calls

Fresh PHONE provide's a telephone number out at no cost with each account sign-up. By ICASA regulations unused numbers can be recycled without notice.
