The interface only allows uploading of 1 document. (ID) I just did the process twice, uploading proof of residence the second time. Please advise. Tks

All my accounts were RICAd but has been requesting Rica docs since this morning and one of my numbers also stopped working this morning as well.

Once you have signed up, you will be required to RICA your account before using it.
On the dashboard page of your account there will be an option to “upload RICA documents”. Click on this button and attach a copy of your ID and proof of residence to activate your account.
The RICA registration process generally takes up to 24 hours to be completed
