Voice mail not recording

When a caller leaves a message I do not receive it on the TMS, on *85 nor via email. Please advise.

Were you able to locate the voicemail email in the spam folder or test using a different email address?

It’s working. Had two email addresses configured and did not realize that if you had email configured it disabled *85 voice recordings.
