free calls to ther freshphone users

im not able to call my wife which i have also signed into freshphone,


it says not enough credit.


also my wife and I are meant to receive 5rand credit on sign up,

we have not received it,


what is going on are you guys closing down the app are typing to get new users to enjoy the product?

We need to know your account number and your wife's to check that they are both online firstly

We need to know which account you attempted to dial from to which number please

we have not received it,

The voucher number would have been sent to your email address that you registered with us on,and then you would add it to the billing and accounts menu in the TMS. We can retrieve hat voucher code, as long as it hasn't been used and give it to you so that you can activate it. For this we also need your FreshPHONE account numbers.

Definitely not closing down, we have 100's of new sign ups weekly. 99 percent of those with any issues
