Friend has RAIN 4G at his home in Kenilworth using a D-Link DWR-922
Speeds are: 35 mbps down and 8 mbps up
His IP phone will connect for not more than 1 minute
After 2 months enquiring with RAIN, he was told the router is incompatible with VOIP, yet the spec states it supports VOIP
Any idea how this can be resolved?
The transport protocol was changed to TCP
Please change the transport back to UDP.
On the D-Link router itself under the ALG settings also ensure that 'SIP' is not ticked.
