I recently ported an 011 number from iConnect to FreshPhone.
It shows up on my dashboard (under Caller ID).
I have an analogue phone connected to a Zyxel router. When I call my original FreshPhone number, the phone rings. When I call the ported number - nothing.
I have now disabled the router VOIP connection and am only using the Android app, but I still can't connect to my ported 011 number.
The routing has now been updated on your ported number.
Your number should be working. Please test and advise.
