I cannot receive incoming calls on my Fanvil 5XU ip phone.

Hi, I've recently signed up for this service. If it works well I will probably port my number to this platform. I've installed Zoiper on my Windows10 computer as well as the FresPHONE app on my Android smartphone. I can receive calls on both my computer (Zoiper) as well as on the FreshPHONE app on my smartphone. But my Fanvil 5XU just sits on my desk, and does not seem to know about any incoming phonecalls. Please help.

Hi Brain,
The freshphone account only allows you to one device registered at any given time. I see you have two devices operating on one account already, it will not work with a third.
