I made 2 payments from my card for separate Freshphone numbers and received payment confirmation for both, but only one of the numbers reflects a credit, the other one does not.
I tried e-mailing both firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com, but just received an automated reply to log a support ticket.
When I logged a support ticket I was informed that Freshphone don't offer support and that I needed to address this issue on the forum.
Please can someone assist me?
