On 29th May, Telkom said there was no ADSL service at the shop, despite the internet working at that very moment
So I did not tick the box that said "retain ADSL service"
Today, after being on hold for Telkom from 08h00 to 11h30, they said the DSL can continue after all and I asked that it be moved to Axxess
Is it possible to change this, or should I start again?
