No Audio Yealink W56

Hi, I am new to freshphone, and have just ported our number. The phone originally worked, but now you can't hear anything on it, and nobody can hear us either. I have tried adjusting our firewall to low and disabling SIP-ALG on our router. We are using webafrica fibre, and a Zyxel router.


Can anyone help?

Please ensure that the only current codec in use is the G729 codec.
