Both my wife and I have found that after we make a freshphone call, we are unable to receive calls on our mobile number. Is this a known issue? Any way to fix it?

I cant find a "GSM Settings" option under settings. Please confirm what needs to be changed.

I did as above but the issue still remains that after a Freshphone call my phone does not ring when a GSM call is received. Please advise.
We have tried to recreate it and we can't. Our devices receive GSM calls perfectly. Does this happen only immediately after a FreshPHONE call? If so, it might be a resource issue on your device. I am sure you have already tried to restart your phone. Maybe try and go to settings on the app, select reset application, uninstall the app, restart the phone and reinstall the app
