I am unable to use the Freshphone app on my Iphone due to warbled skipping audio. It works perfectly with my Grandstream converter and analogue telephone. Any suggestions to try? Running a 1G/bit fibre line.
Speed of a line is not the key to perfect call quality, it is the stability of the line that is key. I have disabled some codecs to see if it helps your signal. The Grandstream converter has our primary audio codec which is g729. Our App doesn't have this codec to keep the app free. There are mobile apps out there like Groundwire that you can purchase the g729 codec as a premium add on if you like
