Is the problem still persisting? Normally this is a connectivity issue.
Yes, the problem has been in existence since I started with this platform. We have Vodacom fibre, but suspect all service providers have issues in my area as we all experience connectivity issues. So I assume there’s not much we can do until there’s improved signal/connectivity?

Connectivity has been especially strained due to the Load shedding.
Yes, I believe this is a big problem, thanks to loadshedding. Thank you for your comments

When answering an incoming call, several seconds pass before the caller connects (and I am saying, "hello?, Hello?" to hopefully keep the caller on the line) and we then able to communicate.
Please advise.
