Trying to port geographic number, but keep receiving error message as shown in attached file. Tried using different browsers, devices and internet connections same error occurs which means it' a problem with the website.

why not put a more appropriate error msg, like the porting department is currently closed. Please try again after the 6th of Jan. Would save lots of frustrations.
We close our Porting department due to the porting authority not allowing any port submissions until the 6th January, then they will look at any new ports that are submitted after the 6th
Our porting department has closed for the year and will reopen on the January 2020.
