Unable to make calls or receive.

Good day,


Reporting a fault on behalf of a client. He is unable to make calls out and when dialing in you are simply presented with "Network Busy" tone and the call disconnects.

Could you please have a look. The handset is showing as registered to the SIP server and I have already double checked the other settings my side.
