Caller ID not always correct for Ported Number

Hi.


- I've ported my telkom number to freshphone. 

- I've set that number as the caller id in the account settings. 

- I've setup my Yealink W53P phone as instructed.


However every couple of calls, maybe every 5th or so, the caller id of the previous number or the original number is displayed on the recipient's phone.


Can anybody help?

Hi Vasili


We use a few outbound routes sent via different Providers in a load balancing scenario. We are working with the guilty Provider to pass the Caller IDs correctly
