Send a mail to billing@freshphone.co.za and request for a geographical number. 011 numbers ran out years ago. There are only 010 numbers available
Does the service requires an app or how does it work please I am trying to use my 087 without success

It needs to ring either on our Mobile App or on a VoIP phone. You can find out how to set up a VoIP phone on this forum. Our Mobile App simply needs to be downloaded from the App store and then use your Online portal credentials to log into it
